Our camp day for boys
and girls ages 5 to 11. Campers are welcome to arrive
anytime after 9:00AM. The truth is, we'll see you a couple minutes early – the
children can't wait to get to camp. Free play, fill out the lunch order, greeting
friends, help set up the fields, petition for special afternoon activities – all
and more as we await the last few arrivals.
At around 9:30 or so, we'll gather for some "useless trivia", "this date in History", camper unique talents and some AM laughs, and then it's off to your choice of morning sports and activities. A game of dodge ball or kick ball just before noon -- then lunch together and "free play" until 1:00PM. A fresh coat of sunscreen applied and we're off on our afternoon activities that will include scavenger hunts, "Star Wars" (as it's known around Clover Sports), Survivor, beach trips, and any number of other activities.
Yes, we'll include the greatest hits of years past – but will also introduce a new twist or two this year!! (And Coach Anthony may return as Grandma!!) With a bit of sunshine – just add water – the slip'n'slide, water fights, sponges and balloons – we'll get wet!! And as always, what would camp be without ice cream at 3:00. As we've insisted – "every day is Sundae!" Pick up and in the car at 3:30 or so – tired, dirty and full of stories from another day at Clover Sports.
Each week of camp will have it's own theme -- and an opportunity to participate in corresponding special activities.
